Dianne is a co-founder of the House of Qin and is responsible for overseeing due diligence on the firm’s corporate finance transactions. From 2000-04 she served as VP with Merrill Lynch in Hong Kong overseeing clients assets of USD$600 million and as Associate Director of Private Banking with CIBC Singapore where she managed USD$300 million in client assets. From 1997-2000 she served as an Analyst and Dealer with Hong Leong Group Securities Sdn Bhd where she covered the logistic and mining sectors for the region. From 1995-97 Dianne served with the Pacific Bank Berhard in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia where her responsibilities included credit and risk analysis. She received a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Western Australia.

In 2005 Steve co-founded Value Creation Strategies (VCS), a corporate advisory boutique specializing in financing, M&A and business opportunities for the firm’s corporate clients.Value Creation Strategies and House Of Qin have formed a strategic partnership allowing the tandem to broaden their scope and product offerings throughout Asia which include numerous concluded direct placements, equity line facilities and other structured products. From 2003-04 Steve served with Hong Kong based merchant Devonshire Capital where he pioneered a number of high yield listings on the Mesdaq Market. From 2001-02 he served with RHB Merchant Bankers Berhard, Malaysia leading investment bank. Steve received a BA in Economics & Political Science from the University of Sydney, Australia.

In 1999, Anthony co-founded Tiger Technology Group, a provider thin client computing technology and which listed on the Hong Kong GEM Board in 2005. He is also a director of China Investment Group which maintains a portfolio of Hong Kong-listed companies and has sourced Hong Kong-listed investment opportunities for the House of Qin since 2008. Anthony received his MBA from Newport University.

Richard is a co-founder of Beijing-based investment banking boutique House of Qin, which since 2004 has sourced numerous financings for listed companies in Asia, including Hong Kong, Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand. From 1992- 2004 Richard held senior executive positions with several prominent Asian investment firms including APEC Enterprises Holdings, GSL Property Group, Qualimax Investment Holdings and HK listed telecom concern Team Concepts Holdings Ltd. From 1985-1992 He served in several senior positions at Shell Oil Group (Greater China) including Liaison Manager for China Projects. Richard earned an MBA from the University of California (Berkley) and a BS in Finance from the University of Oregon.

As principal of Seoul-based Dutchess Korea Ltd., Peter sources KRX-listed financing opportunities for the firm. He and his team have established significant relationships within the Korean investment banking community. Peter's experience includes tenure as CEO of Seoul-based Hancom Edunet, a real estate and M&A investment firm. He has also previously held senior management positions including CEO and President of Seoul-based JP Tide (BSC), a real estate project management firm with over USD $1 billion of properties in its portfolio and Vice-President of Russian-based Pion Partners, a real estate project manager with over USD $1.5 billion in properties. Peter attended Michigan State University where he received his Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Electrical and Computer Engineering. He is also a member of the Professional Golfers Association of America.
